Narda M. Jones is a nationally recognized technology and public policy leader with more than twenty years of experience shaping federal strategy at the intersection of broadband, emerging technology, and economic opportunity. She founded Acacia Hill Strategies to provide strategic guidance to companies, philanthropic organizations, and mission-driven institutions navigating complex policy environments in Washington and across the country.

Before launching her firm, Narda served as Chief of Staff to the Chair of the Federal Communications Commission, where she guided agency-wide initiatives on broadband deployment, affordability, spectrum management, and network integrity. She previously held senior roles in the United States Senate on the Commerce Committee and at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where she led legislative affairs and advanced major federal policy efforts in technology, AI, telecommunications, and innovation.

Throughout her career, Narda has built a reputation for her ability to bridge policy, politics, and technology. She brings deep expertise in regulatory strategy, congressional engagement, and cross-sector coalition building, supported by a broad network of industry, government, academic, and civil society partners. Her work helps clients anticipate policy movement, craft compelling narratives, and build durable relationships that advance both business goals and the public interest.

She is a Senior Fellow at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies and a frequent speaker on broadband, workforce development, AI governance, and the future of the information ecosystem. Narda holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.
